Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you by the reason that I encountered some problems with the product “iPhone” which I bought from your shop on 6 May 2010 for 7000 kr.

In your advertisement you claim that the “iPhone” can catch the Wi-Fi almost everywhere. The internet access is highly needed for my work. However, I have been using that phone for a week and wireless adapter does not seem to be built in. I see that Wi-Fi is turned on, but it nothing more happens. I have been trying for a week to connect to any kinds of Wi-Fi, but the «disconnected» sign does not change. This makes me conclude that there is an error in the system of your product.

Also, the “iPhone” is badly made, as the distorted sound is coming from the speakers. When somebody calls me, the sound plays very quietly, but when I increase the volume level, terrible noise comes through the speakers.

When I took the “iPhone” back to the shop, the assistant claimed that it was my fault and I did not read the instructions carefully.


In my view this is not the level of quality and customer support that “Apple” company is trying to achieve. It is disappointing to understand that the brand what was on a high position in my family and company is losing respect. In order to come out from this conflict in a peaceful way, I would like to receive a new working model of “iPhone” .
